PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an irreversible element friendly to an environment for easily realizing decomposition and collection by using materials in which lead not substantially included for the joining materials for joining each member or constituting materials of each member. SOLUTION: This irreversible circuit element is provided with a ferrite substrate 5, a strip line aggregate 1 provided so as to be made adjacent to the ferrite substrate 5, a magnet 6 for impressing a magnetic field to the ferrite substrate 5, capacitors 9-11 connected with the strip aggregate, a terminal base 12 connected with the strip line aggregate 1, and joining materials for joining each member. Then, materials in which lead is not substantially included are used for the joining materials. The joining materials are constituted of an Sn single body, or materials containing at least one of Ag, Cu, Zn, Bi, and In in Sn. Also, it is desired that the materials in which lead is not substantially contained are used also for materials constituting the members used for the element. |
