PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an ornamental effect by providing a transparent body having a conical part with a hole opened at least toward the apex side formed at the central part of the conical part, and a light source formed in the hole on the apex side of the conical part. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a conical transparent body 101 and a light emitting diode 102, and emits various light rays in a wide angle by refracting, spectrally diffracting and reflecting the light emitted from the light emitting diode 102. The transparent body 101 is formed of, for instance, a transparent plastic or glass, and a round hole 103 is formed through its central part. Multiple stepped annular recessed parts or annular projecting parts centering the central axis of the transparent body 101 are formed on the circumferential surface of the transparent body 101. The light emitted from the light emitting diode 102 is refracted and spectrally diffracted by the wall surface of the hole 103 inside the transparent body 101. The refracted and spectrally diffracted light is reflected toward various directions by the circumferential surface 104 on which the multiple stepped annular recessed parts and annular projecting parts are formed. The light is expanded in a wide angle and an ornamental effect is enhanced by varying its color and intensity. |
