PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of exhaust gas and scattering of burned ash and prevent discharge of harmful substances such as dioxins or the like to the environmental air by sprinkling water to the burned ash that has been accumulated after completing incineration and effecting locking so that the burned ash cannot be drawn out from the commencement of incineration until the completion of water sprinkling. SOLUTION: A burned ash collecting device 1 comprises a burned ash accommodating chamber Ca in a primary combustion unit 50 through a roaster. Further, there is provided a feeder for feeding objects to be incinerated to a primary combustion chamber Cf. A housing portion 50h of the primary combustion unit 50 is provided with a burned ash drawing port 11 which is further provided with a drawing door 12 having a locking function portion 3. A controller 14 is connected to a locking portion 13, by which a locking position for locking the drawing door 12 at a closing position or a lock is released. The locking portion 13 and the controller 14 are provided with the locking function portion 3 for effecting locking so that burned ash Mf cannot be drawn out from the commencement of the incineration until the completion of water sprinkling. On the other hand, a water sprinkling portion 20 is provided with a water sprinkling tube 21 having a plurality of water sprinkling holes 21e at the bottom thereof from which water is injected.
