摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for installing a spare machine at each pump and to reduce the costs of an entire system by connecting a condensate demineralization path for returning to a steam generator via a condensate demineralization device and its bypass path in parallel and at the same time using a circulation pump and a recycle pump as the spare machine each other. SOLUTION: Condensate from a steam condenser 4 is returned to a steam generator by a condensate pump 5. However, in normal operation, a bypass valve 6 is opened, a condensate demineralization device inlet valve 7 and an outlet valve 8 are closed, and a condensate demineralization device 10 where a plurality of condensate demineralization towers are aligned in parallel is bypassed. The condensate through the bypass path 11 is returned to a steam generator 1. Although a common circulation pump 23 is provided for each condensate demineralization tower 9 to perform circulation operation for purification operation after regeneration, a recycle pump 24 is provided in parallel with the circulation pump 23. The circulation pump 23 and the recycle pump 24 are used as a spare machine each other when either of them fails to operate.
