PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a motor-driven blower, which enables more effective cooling of heating part in a motor and improvement of the reduction of noise due to air flow through the motor. SOLUTION: This motor-driven blower is provided with, a motor case 3 with one opening end and an exhaust hole 3a provided on its outside surface, a stator 5 attached in the motor case 3, a rotor 8 arranged rotatably in the stator 5, a rotary shaft 7 to which the rotor 8 is attached, a centrifugal fan 9 fixed to the end part of the rotary shaft 7 protruding from the opening of the motor case 3 and a flow regulation plate 10, which guides the exhaust air of the centrifugal fan 9 from the opening into the motor case 3 and is arranged between the centrifugal fan 9 and the motor case 3, and an annular guide plate 20 protruding into the motor case 3 is provided between the one end of the motor case 3 and the flow regulation plate 10.
