BACKGROUND IMAGE EDITOR AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To show only the image intended by user to an opposite party by transmitting only a specific image from among image pickup by a camera and not transmitting background image other than the specific images. SOLUTION: An image picked up by a camera 105 is displayed on a monitor 108 and a key operation section 101 is used to arbitrarily designate the range of a specific image in the displayed pickup image. An image edit section 106 converts a background image other than the designated specific image into an image different from the image as is picked up and a transmission section 110 transmits the converted background image and the specific image.
