PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encryption communication method by the ID-NIKS that can avoid a conspiracy problem and easily build up the encryption system. SOLUTION: A system adopting this encryption communication method is provided with a plurality of centers 1 that distribute a specific secret key to each entity, divides specific information (ID information) of each entity into some, and distributes all secret keys generated by each divided specific information to each entity. Each entity uses a component included its own specific key and corresponding to the divided specific information of the opposite entities to generate a common key.
