摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a voltage/current conversion circuit on which restrictions that an input voltage must be lower than a supply voltage are not imposed and whose use range is extended in comparison with a conventional circuit. SOLUTION: First current mirror circuits Q11 to Q14 to which a first input voltage is supplied as the power source, second current mirror circuits Q21 to Q24 to which a second input voltage is supplied as the power source, third current mirror circuits Q15 to Q25 consisting of a resistance Rg connecting transistors Q12 and Q22 of first and second current mirror circuits and transistors Q15 and Q25 of current sources which supply currents to other transistors Q14 and Q24 of first and second current mirror circuits are provided. Since the first and second input voltages are supplied to the first and second current mirror circuits as the power source in this manner, restrictions that the first and second input voltages must be lower than the supply voltage are not imposed on this circuit, and the range where the circuit can be used is significantly extended in comparison with a conventional circuit.
