PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a distortion compensation nonlinear circuit which relatively easily removes an intermodulation distortion component. SOLUTION: A signal having two spectral components is divided into two signals of different levels by a signal distribution circuit 23, and the resultant signals are passed to power amplifiers 16 and 18 which are nonlinear devices of the same characteristic in a nonlinear circuit 24, respectively, and signals in two routes are synthesized in a signal synthesis circuit 25 so that the levels of the tertiary components of intermodulation distortion generated in the nonlinear devices coincide with each other and phases are mutually inverted. Since the tertiary components in the high level of intermodulation distortion are canceled, signal distortion can be compensated.
