PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool a specified heat generation part with a cooling device that an electronic unit has. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric element 6 is stuck to the base end part 4a-side of a diaphragm 4 and a fan 2 is constituted. The fan 2 is incorporated in a case 3 by supporting it in an overhung form to the inner side of the rear face part 3a of the case 3 in the base end part 4a of the diaphragm 4. In the case 3, the flow-in port 8 of cooling fluid is formed at the rear face part 3a and a flow-out port 9 at a front face part 3b-side so as to constitute a cooling device 1. Cooling fluid is jetted from the flow-out port 9 with the vibration of the diaphragm 4 of the fan 2, the jet of cooling flow is generated for the heat generation device 11 and the heat generation device 11 is cooled.
