PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent inclination and separation of a terminal from a wiring board when soldering the terminal on the wiring board. SOLUTION: A pair of legs 30 is vertically formed downward from both ends of a presser member 21. Holes 22 for fitting top sections 4 of a terminal 1 are formed on the presser member 21. Pin sections 31 capable of pressing fit into positioning holes formed on a wiring board 10 are respectively formed on the pair of legs 30. Pin sections 31 are press fit into the positioning hole so that the top sections 4 are fit into each hole section 22 from under side to tentatively fix each terminal 1 onto the wiring board 10 by pressing the upward face of the steps of each terminal 1 with the bottom face of the presser member 21.
