PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable lid which is not inadvertently dislocated, by a method wherein a battery lid is regulated to slide in an opening direction by abutment of a first projection on a third projection at the time of opening, and the battery lid holds a blockade by abutment of a second projection on the third projection at the time of closing. SOLUTION: When an opening of a battery housing part is closed, a second projection 24 of a battery lid 2 is abutted on a third projection 41 of a terminal member 4, and the battery lid 2 is held so as not to move inadvertently in a direction of arrow S. Furthermore, a projection part 22 provided at one end part of the battery lid 2 is fitted on a recess part 11 provided in an apparatus main body, and the terminal member 4 is held so as not to pivot in a direction of arrow C. When opening the battery lid 2, the battery lid 2 is slid in a direction of arrow A by a force against a holding force by the second projection 24 and third projection 41, and the second projection 24 rides across a projection face of the third projection 41 to move, and the second projection 24 and third projection 41 are released from holding.
