PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delicious beverage by enabling adjustment of strength by promoting extraction by stirring coffee powder and hot water by evenly and directly pouring hot water from a hot water supply nozzle toward the entire surface in a cylinder like a shower for period determined by a hot water supply timer means. SOLUTION: A chute 14 is rotated centering on an axis 24 and held so that an exit 14a comes on the cylinder 25 by a chute driving and rotating device 23 by a sale signal. When insertion of the coffee powder 9 into the cylinder 25 is completed, the chute 14 is returned to a stand-by state. A hot water valve 11 of a hot water tank 10 is opened, the hot water 12 is supplied like the shower from an exit 26a of the hot water supply nozzle 26 mounted on a center axis of the cylinder 25 for the period set by a hot water supply control means 33 and a timer counting means 34. The coffee powder and the hot water in the cylinder 25 are stirred by hot water supply like the shower. And mixed liquid 15 passes a filter 3 from an opening 2 on the lower surface, forcedly filtered to a filtered liquid receptor and coffee is extracted.
