PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light source device suitable for a near-field optical system, capable of having a small-sized and light-weight formation by integrating or unifying a light lead-in device and a light detecting device. SOLUTION: This light source device is equipped with a surface light-emitting device 4 on an elastic body 8 supported by a first substrate 1, and current injection or voltage application is executed to the surface light-emitting device 4 through electric wirings 5, 6, 7 formed on the elastic body 8 and the first substrate 1. A photodetector 24 for monitoring output light of the surface light- emitting device 4 is provided near the surface light-emitting device 4. As a light lead-in device and a light detecting device suitable for a near-field optical system are integrated and formed on a small-sized elastic body, the small-sized and light-weight light source device suitable for a near-field optical system, and capable of high-speed scanning, can be obtained in the case of being arrayed. |
