PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely recognize the termination of an operation even if a fault occurs in a radio channel. SOLUTION: In the radio input device, a key press detection part 13 detects a press operation on the key of a keyboard 12 in a wireless keyboard 11 when carried out and a key press signal where an infrared ray 10 is set to be a medium is transmitted from an infrared ray emitting part 16. When the key is continuously pressed, the key press signal is transmitted at every time interval that a time detection part 14 detects. A signal that the infrared ray reception part 22 of a processor 21 receives is detected by a signal detection part 23. A time detection part 24 restarts the timer of threshold time. Threshold time is set to be longer than the time interval of signal reception. When a signal with an infrared ray 10 as the medium is interrupted, a release signal is issued from a key release issuing part 25 and a control part 26 recognizes it to be the termination of the depress operation to the key. |
