<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rewrite a nonvolatile memory provided by each microprocessor more quickly than in the conventional practice in an electronic controller including plural microcomputers. SOLUTION: First, a 1st microcomputer stores data transmitted from a program writing device in a temporary storage area in a volatile memory, and the microcomputer 1 subsequently executes the rewriting of a nonvolatile memory based on the data stored in the temporary storage area in the volatile memory. When the 1st microcomputer executes the rewriting of the nonvolatile memory, a 2nd microcomputer parallelly stores the data transmitted from the program writing device in the temporary storage area in the volatile memory.</p> |
