<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propriety judging device for detection of signals to judge the propriety for use of a sensor in a measurement condition where the reliability of the sensor is suspected. SOLUTION: The destination of the sensor output is switched by a switch 24 to process the sensor outputs of a steady state and a non-steady state on the different processing paths. The feature value Vn of the steady state is acquired via a 1st feature extraction part 25 and the feature value Vs of the non-steady state is acquired via a 2nd feature extraction part 29 respectively. These value Vn and Vs are used at a distance calculation part 27 to calculate the evaluation reference value (Vs/Vn). Then the evaluation reference value is compared with the prescribed reference value at a comparison part 28 to judge whether or not a sensor 22 can be used in a measurement condition where the reliability of the sensor is suspected.</p> |
