PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow accumulation preventive device for cooling tower that can be removed easily and does not require a large power. SOLUTION: A gas expansion type bag 10 that comprises an upper film 11, a lower film 13 and a side film 12 is provided, and an outer circumference of the bag gets into close contact with an inner wall of a fan stack when the bag is expanded and a heating device for heating the upper film of the gas expansion type bag 10 is also provided. An interior of the fan stack is covered with the gas expansion type bag 10 and an outer circumference of the side film 13 is brought into close contact with the inner circumference of the fan stack for constituting a sealing and the upper film 11 of the gas expansion type bag 10 is heated so as to melt accumulated snow.
