PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum heating/cooling system for a particle that improves heating efficiency for reducing heating time, easily control heating, and easily throws and takes out the particle. SOLUTION: A device is equipped with a pressure-resistant container 1 that has a loading port 2 being provided at a top part for loading a particle, and an extraction port 3 being provided at the lower bottom part of the loading port 2, and is connected to a vacuum device for sucking to evacuate; an internal container 6 that is provided in the pressure-resistant container 1, has an entry/ delivery port 7 of the particle at a position corresponding to the loading port 2, and allows both the ends to be rotated by a rotary shaft 4 passing through the pressure-resistant container 1; an agitation plate 8 that is provided in the inner container 6 and is rotated by a rotary shaft 5; and a heater 10 that is provided around the inner container 6 in the pressure-resistant container 1 and heats the inner container.
