PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate a bathtub cleaning function and a clearing function and to always fill a suitable amount of water by supplying a reference supply amount of water into a bathtub, when no water is stored in the bathtub. SOLUTION: An additional water filling means 30 supplies a predetermined amount or a predetermined level of water, when water is retained in a bathtub. A draining and water filling means 31 drains in the bathtub and then supplies a predetermined amount or a predetermined level of water. A nonvolatile memory 32 stores a supply water amount when filling water in the bathtub. A water filling operation selecting means 33 selectively operates the means 30 or the means 31 according to a designation from an input unit. A timer 34 is provided. A remaining water sensing means 35 starts a circulating pump, and detects a water flow circulating to a suction or return water channel by a water flow sensing means 26, thereby sensing whether or not water is stored in the bathtub. A controller 28 is constituted of a control circuit having a microcomputer or the like.
