PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply and exhaust opening panel, and manufacturing method and apparatus therefor, in which labor and cost required for jointing an outer frame panel and a central panel are reduced by eliminating the need for fixing metal. SOLUTION: This supply and exhaust opening panel comprises an outer frame panel 1, constituting the circumferential fringe frame of a supply and exhaust opening, a central panel 4 disposed in the vicinity of center of the supply and exhaust opening, a connecting piece 2 formed integrally with either of the outer frame panel or the central panel to constitute the joint between them, and a member 3 for tightening the outer frame panel and the central panel, having one end stopped at the forward end part of the connecting piece.
