PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a controller which can utilize generated power, moreover supply large current to load and avoid nonconformity such as running out of accumulation capacity. SOLUTION: A microcomputer 25 makes a thermoelectromotive force generated by a thermal generation device 16 step up with a step-up circuit 21, and first accumulates the generated power in a battery 22. After the power is transferred to a capacitor 23 with a large discharge current, the power is supplied to a prescribed load to drive the load of a gas rice cooker, whereas the power accumulated in the battery 22 is supplied to a small load. At that time, the battery 22 is charged with the generated power. Since self-discharge value of the battery 22 is small, nonconformity such as capacity running-out of battery can be prevented.
