MANUFACTURE OF LAMINATED CERAMIC COMPONENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing laminated ceramic components with improved productivity by solving the problem of degraded productivity attributable to a complicated structure wherein there are many laminated layers and via holes are formed in such many laminated layers. SOLUTION: At the same time with the filling of conductors into via holes 3 of a ceramic green sheet 2 whose thickness is 200μm or less, an internal interconnection pattern 6 is formed. A plurality of such sheets 2 each having the holes 3 and the pattern 6 are laminated one upon another, and thereafter cut and baked. By filling the conductors into the via holes and forming the internal interconnection pattern simultaneously, a process for manufacturing laminated ceramic components can be simplified and thus their yield can be improved.
