PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a 0 or 1 search circuit into simple constitution and to perform high speed processing SOLUTION: This circuit inspects bit values in the order of input data IN<0>, IN<1>,... IN, outputs 1 or 0 to only S (0<=i<=m) among S<0>, S<1>,... S, 1 or 0 to other S (j≠i, 0<=j<=m) and 0 or 1 to Y when 0 or 1 appears for the first time among IN (0<=i<=m) and also outputs 0 or 1 to all S (0<=i<=m) and 1 or 0 to Y when IN (0<=i<=m) are all O or 1.
