PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease work load of an operator and to improve photographing efficiency by shorting the time required for projection. SOLUTION: In a photographing device 50, a reflecting mirror 6 reflecting a human image of a person to be photographed 100, a photographing camera 1 photographing the human image reflected on a reflecting surface of the reflecting mirror 6 and a control part 7 where an image data of the human image 102 photographed by the photographing camera 1 is processed, are provided. Position of a face of the human image 102 is detected from the image data at the control part 7 and the reflecting mirror 6 is rotated in an up and down direction of the person to be photographed 100, that is vertical height direction so that an ideal state where the position of the face is installed in a specified position of a specified frame 107 can be achieved.
