PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proxy reception system that can surely receive daily report history data. SOLUTION: In a proxy reception system that receives a phone call from a caller to a customer in place of the customer, a proxy reception center 2 is provided with a display instruction section 12 that displays customer data corresponding to a received connection signal on a daily report history section 8 in response to an off-hook of a telephone set 7 so as to discriminate a customer for daily report history data even when the daily report history data relating to the connection signal cannot be received through the reception of a connection signal from other caller or the like and that recognizes the daily report history data having not been received through the comparison of customer data with other data. Thus, the system serves customers with high reliability.
