PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately retrieve a natural retrieving sentence by simple constitution. SOLUTION: When a natural retrieving sentence is inputted to a retrieving sentence input area (S21), special words and phrases in respective entries of a special word/phrase table are successively read out and the whole inputted retrieving sentence is retrieved by the read specific words and phrases (S22). When a certain special word/phrase is hit, information including the special word/phrase is outputted as a retrieved result (S23). The word/phrase is automatically extracted from the retrieving sentence (S24). The automatically extracted word/phrase is table looked-up by using an automatically extracted word/phrase table and information included in a hit entry is outputted as a retrieved result (S25). The category information of the hit information is displayed in a hit information table display area (S26). While observing the display of the table display area, a user selects required information to display its detailed information (S27). |
