PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the complete combustion gas of a high energy with a high temperature without soot, smoke or bad smell, by a method wherein a rotary type combustion device is connected to a backfire heat-utilizing oxygen heat evaporation and re-combustion type burner to burn fuel, such as industrial waste, waste oil, coal tar, coal or the like. SOLUTION: A rotor is constituted of a rotor shaft 46 and a plurality of impellers, having vanes slanted with respect to the central axis of the shaft with an arbitrarily angle and attached to the shaft so that neighboring vanes of fore and rear impellers will not be superposed in the axial direction of the same. The rotor is provided rotably in an inner combustion tubular body 39, provided with a plurality of gas injection ports on the cylindrical peripheral wall, while the inner combustion tubular body is provided in an outer combustion tubular body through a ventilating duct 53, communicated with the rear side lower part of the peripheral wall unit and the rear side lower part of the outer combustion tubular body. A rotary type combustion device B, provided with a fuel supplying pipe communicated with the outside of the device, is constituted on the upper side rear part of the tubular peripheral wall unit while the gas releasing tube 8 of a backfire heat-utilizing oxygen heat evaporation and re- combustion burner A is connected so as to be communicated with the rear part of the inner combustion tubular body of the rotary type combustion device B.
