PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and convenient temperature control means to record a temperature relative to an object to be controlled by storing the change with elapse of the time of temperature digitally in a semiconductor chip and reading it out through a coil as required. SOLUTION: This temperature control device 100 comprises a semiconductor chip 101, a lithium coin battery 102 connected therewith, a thermistor 103 for measuring temperature, a high-frequency coil 104, and a crystal oscillator 105. The output temperature signal from the thermistor 103 is converted into a digital information, and it is stored in a memory. The recording interval of temperature is set by an external instruction. When the information is read out, a modulated high-frequency signal is oscillated by an external reader-writer. The coil 104 is induced by the oscillation, and the information is read out from the memory, modulated at high frequency to be transmitted to the outside. Such the device can be applied to various fields such as physical distribution management for cold chain, etc., measurement of temperature of ocean or river, measurement of body temperature, separate temperature control in refrigerating warehouse, control of freshness of foods, etc. |
