PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an incoming call notification unit that can quickly execute each operation at the arrival of an incoming call by providing an operation section that is separated from a mobile phone main body and a communication means that makes communication with the mobile phone main body to the unit and operating the mobile phone main body from the operation section. SOLUTION: The mobile pone main body 1 and the separated incoming call notification unit 2 are interconnected through a communication medium 9, and at the arrival of an incoming call, control sections 5, 11 use transmission- reception section 8, 10 and ID storage sections 7, 12 to identify the coincidence of ID codes. When they are coincident, a ringer 13 and/or a vibrator 14 is driven to inform an operator of the arrival of the incoming call, and the operator operates the operation section 15 accordingly to start the reception. Similarly, the control sections 12, 7 use the ID storage sections 7, 12 to identify coincidence of ID codes. When they are coincident, the notice unit 2 can conduct revision of a speech state or a ring tone and setting of a mode at the arrival of an incoming call, which are usually conducted by the mobile phone main body 1. Thus, the operability and the convenience can be enhanced.
