PROCESS AND DEVICE FOR GENERATING SLASH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a slash from liquid by using a slash generation system or process. SOLUTION: A container with a jacket of a process and a system 10 has an inner wall 26 for specifying internal space. The internal space includes top and bottom parts, and has an average entire sectional area that crosses a vertical shaft being entirely extended between the top and bottom parts. The internal space is further equipped with a collection part 36 with an average collection- part sectional area that is smaller than the average entire section area and crosses the vertical shaft. Liquid 14 is poured into the internal space, and the inner wall 26 is cooled. A slash 12 is generated onto the inner wall 26 for moving to the collection part 36.
