PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat weight measuring device in which the performance of a load cell is not impaired by size errors and deformation in a vehicle body and a seat. SOLUTION: This seat weight measuring device 9 is a device to measure the weight of a seat including the weight of a person seated on a seat for a vehicle. The measuring device 9 is provided with a load sensor 50 to convert at least part of the seat weight into an electric signal and a displacement and deflection absorbing mechanism (a pin bracket 25 and a pin 27) provided between the seat and the load sensor 50.
