PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a cost for equipment by lighting each of plural neon tubes by a DC power source via a low voltage neon transformer of an inverter system and connecting the neon transformer to an emergency DC power source. SOLUTION: The constituting element of a DC power source device 1 is an emergency battery device 2 constituting a DC power source device for emergency illumination. Neon tubes 7a and 7b install neon transformers 9 (9a, 9b,...) inside of the outer wall 8 of a building. This neon transformer 9 is the low voltage neon transformer of the inverter system; concerning a rated voltage, a first side is a DC 118 V being the output voltage of the device 2 and a second side is an AC 700 V. Since an emergency DC power source device free from a load is utilized normally, dedicated power source equipment is unnecessitated for the portion and a cost for equipment is reduced. In addition, the degree of freedom is high in wiring penetrating an outer wall to improve the constructing property of the neon tube.
