A tubular implant comprises a hollow stainless steel or titanium tube (1) able to withstand a pressure of at least 50 bars. It has an outer diameter of 200 micro m, an inner diameter of 100 micro m, a closed distal end (2) and perforations (5) running in a spiral line along it. The perforations are preferably 50 micro m in diameter and 0.5-2 cm apart. The tube is implanted with the aid of a needle fixed to its proximal end (3).
