Locking device comprises bolt (20) carried by casing (25) integral with back which engages strike plate carried by support. Bolt has cylindrical locking body (26) which can be displaced on casing between position fitted in strike plate orifice and position separated from strike plate. Body is released from its locked position by clamping strike plate between retractable ball (30) and ball masking socket (32) sliding axially on locking body. Locking body is axially immobilized by complementary shoulders (50,52) and internal annular groove (54) in socket.
