<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a current sensor, a voltage sensor and a transformer, capable of facilitating installation of the current sensor and the voltage sensor, even if a transmission line 1 is in the hot-line state. SOLUTION: A current sensor is equipped with a winding CT3 arranged separately from a transmission line 1, for detecting an induction field H of the transmission line 1. A voltage sensor is equipped with a shield 2 arranged near the transmission line 1, for forming a floating capacity 7 between itself and the transmission line 1, and with a leakage winding CT11 for detecting a leakage current flowing in the floating capacity 7 through the shield 2. A transformer is formed by storing the current sensor and the voltage sensor in a detector box 9.</p> |
