<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a receiving level measuring error without improving reception measuring precision and to cope with the case of appearing of fast phasing or intense interfering waves. SOLUTION: After defining a line, a CL-TPC part 162 calculates a transmission power value based on a TPC command to control closed loop transmission power. At the same time, an OL-TPC part 161 calculates a transmission power value based on a receiving level and a correcting value calculating part 164 calculates a correcting value based on a difference between the transmission power values outputted from the part 162 and the part 161. After defining the corrected value, a mode switching part 165 switches switches 167 and 169 and controls an open loop transmission power by a value obtained by adding a correcting value to the transmission power value based on a receiving level.</p> |
