PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined control type electric component having both the function of a rotarily operated electric component and the function of a pressure operated switch, allowing a movable component section to make smooth sliding motion at the time of pressing operation and requiring no guide mecha nism on the front face of a rotary knob so that the desired thin construction is established. SOLUTION: The cylindrical rotary shaft 3a of a rotating part into which a rotary knob 2 and a slider receptacle 3 are integrated, is borne from inside in radial direction by an insertion projection 7a on a mounting member 7 and also from the outside in radial direction by the inside surface of a bearing member 6 integrated with the mounting member 7, and a pair of projections to be guided 7d to be in slidable engagement with a pair of rails 14a of a holding member 13 are installed on the rear face of the mounting member 7, and these parts 14a and 7d constitute a guide mechanism for a movable component section 1 at the time of pressing operation. In a complex operation type electric component of the configuration, the rotary shaft 3a is borne both from the inside and outside about the radial direction and not likely to involve a play, and no guide mechanism is required on the front face of the rotary knob 2.
