PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly know recorded plural schedule messages by reproducing all schedule contents on a specified date with one time of operation of a reproduction operating means. SOLUTION: When recording schedule contents for schedule management, a user previously selects any schedule folder S of three folders, specifies the date related to the schedule contents, operates a recording button 102 later and performs recording. When there are plural schedule contents to be recorded concerning the same date, plural schedule contents, namely, plural voice files are recorded on the same date in the folder S by an ordinary recording method. Before starting reproducing processing, a system control part 6 specifies the date related to the schedule contents (related to the folder S). When reproducing processing is started, the system control part 6 continues voice re-processing until the file end of the final voice file recorded in the folder S is detected.
