PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance operability such that inter-screen movement can be made with minimum necessary operating amount while reducing erroneous operation. SOLUTION: A 'Setup' main screen key 3A comprising a touch key, an 'Interface' main screen key 3B, a 'Measure' main screen key 3C and an 'Analyze' main screen key 3D are arranged at upper left part of a display screen 1. When any one of main screen keys 3A, 3C, 3D is depressed, a sub-screen 4 arranged with items selectable by that main screen key 3 along with a determine key 5 and a cancel key 6 as select keys comprising touch keys is pop-up displayed. When the cancel key 6 on the pop-up displayed sub-screen 4 is depressed, the sub-screen 4 disappears and a screen displaying the main screen key 3 appears. When a desired select key is depressed and then the determine key 5 is depressed, content of the selected item is displayed in a general purpose area 8.
