PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily reduce the operating cost and container recovering efficiency by using a self-cooling pipeline structure, using an improved cooling system (means). SOLUTION: A compressed chlorofluorocarbon gas to be recovered is recovered by liquefication, while the gas is condensed and cooled by passing one section (cross pipeline 31) of the discharge-side recovering route 3 between a compressor 5 and a liquid receiving and recovering container 6 through a vaporizing and cooling section 11, in which the cross section of a capillary 21 in one section of a suction-side recovering route 2 between the liquid-side outlet 411 of the condenser 41 of an apparatus 4 to be recovered and the compressor 5 for heat exchange is expanded. A device configuration X has a self- cooling pipeline structure 1 containing the vaporizing and cooling section 11.
