A fastener for supple ties (3) consists of a circular plastic disc (1), made by molding or cutting, with a round central hole (2) and a series of additional holes (5) which are connected to the edge of the disc by slots (4). Two ties to be fastened are passed through the central hole from beneath and then through the slots into the outer holes, passed through more slots if necessary to take up any loose ends.
