PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice storage device by which the number of services can be increased without increasing the number of lines and services rich in variations can be served to a user of a communication terminal. SOLUTION: The voice storage 10 is provided with a communication connection section 11 that makes communication connection to a communication terminal 3, a caller number detection section 12 that detects a caller number of the communication terminal 3 in response to the communication connection to this communication terminal 3, a voice message memory section 14 that stores a voice message from the communication terminal 3 for each mail box 14a, a service memory section 13 that has stored in advance service data relating to reproduction of a voice message from a specific mail box 14a or recording of a voice message to a specific mail box 14a, and a control section 16 that allows the caller number detection section 12 to detect a caller number and executes a service on the basis of service data corresponding to the caller number when it is discriminated that the service data are in existence in the service memory section 13.
