PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce inductance drop due to a mirror image effect and loss by an eddy current induced at the electrode of a capacitor, when the spiral inductor and the capacitor are arranged overlapped. SOLUTION: A high-frequency circuit is composed of a capacitor 33, where a radial slit is provided at an upper electrode and a spiral inductor 32 that is arranged around it or overlapped. Since the path of the eddy current induced by the magnetic field of the spiral inductor 32 is cut by the slit formed on the upper electrode of the capacitor 33, no eddy current loss is generated. Also, since no eddy current is generated, the inductance drop due to the mirror image effect can also be reduced.
