PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alter a set temperature in a kitchen, without having to go to the bathroom by altering to set a hot water temperature with a temperature set by a remote controller having priority, even by a remote controller which does have priority as an upper limit. SOLUTION: First, whether or not an altering operation of a set temperature of a remote controller 3 for kitchen is conducted or not is determined. In the case of conducting the operation, whether set temperature data of a remote controller 2 for a bathroom has priority or not is determined. When it has priority data, whether or not the set data or above of the controller 2 is intended to be altered is determined. In the case of the set data or above of the controller 3, a hot water temperature is controlled according to the set data of the controller. If it is less than the set data, even when the set data of the controller 3 has priority, the hot water temperature is controlled according to the set data of the controller 3.
