PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high-speed sampling by shortening a sampling time of a specimen. SOLUTION: When sampling of a specimen into specimen containers 1 of a first conveyance rack 2a is executed, next conveyance rack 2b is stopped on a first temporary position by a first temporary stopper 9. And besides, next conveyance rack after next 2c is stopped by a fixed rack stopper 4, and confirmation of the specimen containers 1 is executed. When the conveyance rack 2a is passed through a second temporary position, the first temporary stopper 9 is set as a non-stopper position, and a second temporary stopper 10 is set as a stopper position, and the next conveyance rack 2b is stopped on the second temporary position by the second temporary stopper 10. When sampling of the conveyance rack 2a is finished, a moving rack stopper 7 is returned to a primary position, and the second temporary stopper 10 is set as a non-stopper position, and the next conveyance rack 2b is stopped by the moving rack stopper 7, and sampling is started.
