<p>An organic EL display for emitting a number of colors without uneven luminance by adjusting the luminances of the colors correctly. The organic EL display comprises a display unit (1) having organic EL light emitting elements arranged between a plurality of scanning lines and a plurality of data lines is characterized in that the display further comprises binary value output data-side drive circuits (7 to 10) for applying a voltage to the display unit (1) through scanning electrodes, a scanning-side drive circuit (5), and control means (2) for controlling the drive duty of a drive signal applied to at least one of the data side drive circuits (7 to 10) and the drive circuit (5) and in that the luminance of the display unit (1) is partly adjusted.</p> |
