Preparation of a therapeutic agent (I), containing components of plants of genus Aloe (Liliaceae) and other natural products, involves comminuting 3 parts Aloe leaves, separating the coarse components, mixing with at least 4 parts bee honey, adding 5 parts of at least 90 wt. % ethanol and storing the mixture in a sealed vessel for at least 5 days, is new. An Independent claim is included for (I) obtained by the process.
