Granular medicinal compositions containing a drug having an offensive taste, a waxy substance and a sugar alcohol; a process for producing the same and oral medicinal preparations containing these compositions. Because of having an excellent effect of masking the offensive taste of the drug and a good feel in using, these preparations can be easily taken by aged persons, children and patients with difficulty in swallowing. These preparations are suitable for tube administration too.
