<p>The invention is essentially based on the combination of the following elements: an object (7) is illuminated by illuminating beams in a pixelwise manner. The illuminating beams originate from light sources (1). Imaging rays (6) are impinged upon receiving elements (2). The arrangement of the light sources (1) and the receiving elements (2) is corresponding and there is random image point access in the solid state image sensor. The light sources (1) are triggered in series, whereby the laser protection regulations are securely abided by. A significantly improved signal quality at the receiving elements (2) is advantageous.</p> |
